Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship member-focused and AI-powered features, while using qualitative and quantitative insights to guide decisions and protect care quality and safety.

Manage a portfolio of health system accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Build C-suite relationships, lead strategic planning and QBRs, track success metrics, mitigate risks, and partner with product, clinical, and operations teams to improve outcomes and influence roadmap priorities.

Senior leader owning payer strategy, contract lifecycle, fee schedule management, and provider credentialing. Negotiates contracts, resolves complex payer disputes, manages fee schedules in AdvancedMD, oversees credentialing processes, supports partner launches, and partners with RCM, Finance, Clinical, and Executive teams to protect and optimize reimbursement.
