Leads the design, development, layout, bring-up, debugging, and testing of complex high-speed networking boards and platforms. Owns schematic capture, PCB design, architecture, signal and power integrity, thermal considerations, manufacturing coordination, and technical risk mitigation. Leads hardware engineers and technicians, collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, ODMs, and customers, and supports lab-based troubleshooting using advanced test equipment.

Lead the architecture, design, layout, fabrication, bring-up, testing, and debug of complex high-speed boards and networking platforms. Own schematic capture, PCB layout, power and signal integrity, thermal and reliability considerations, vendor coordination, and design risk mitigation. Lead hardware engineers and technicians while collaborating with circuit, packaging, software, validation, marketing, customers, PCB vendors, ODMs, and manufacturers to deliver quality platforms on schedule.

Leads signal integrity definition, simulation, verification, and lab validation for high-speed board, switch, package, and optical platforms. Develops interconnect specifications, routing guidelines, SI/PI methodologies, and mitigation strategies. Performs EM and power integrity analysis, correlates simulations with measurements, supports customer board designs, collaborates across engineering teams, and mentors junior engineers. Requires expertise in transmission lines, high-speed interfaces, packages, connectors, and laboratory measurement equipment.
