Supports procurement and sourcing activities for semiconductor manufacturing, including supplier management, cost reduction, purchasing compliance, material shortage mitigation, spend analysis, and reporting. The intern collaborates with APAC suppliers and cross-functional teams while developing knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, capacity planning, supply chain processes, and procurement systems.

Serve as the senior technical authority for customer board and system designs using Marvell Ethernet switch and UALink silicon. Lead architecture, schematic, PCB stack-up, power, thermal, signal and power integrity, bring-up, reliability, manufacturability, and reference design efforts. Advise customers, debug hardware issues, deliver technical training, influence silicon roadmaps, and collaborate across engineering, packaging, software, operations, ODMs, and contract manufacturers. Support high-speed 112G, 224G, and future 448G SerDes platforms.

Owns end-to-end operations of Marvell’s Santa Clara hardware lab, including infrastructure, test setups, equipment lifecycle, calibration, inventory, RMA readiness, vendors, budgets, remote access, and safety. Leads lab renovations, global lab coordination, customer demo and tradeshow logistics, and facility/security partnerships. Requires hands-on hardware validation experience, high-speed test and measurement expertise, networking and SerDes knowledge, vendor and budget management, and strong cross-functional coordination.
