Provide first-line technical support to end users: diagnose, document, and resolve hardware/software issues, perform desktop/server fixes and upgrades, escalate when needed, maintain knowledge bases, produce help documentation, and participate in on-call rotation.

Hands-on internship within Dry Van or Regional Truckload operations supporting management and drivers. Interns will learn driver leadership, customer relationship development, and operations tasks in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while gaining real-world trucking industry experience.
