Coordinates drivers, fleet performance, load dispatch, customer service, trailer pools, and delivery appointments. Communicates load details, manages service metrics and compliance, tracks trucks and drivers, resolves operational issues, solicits customer loads, and provides backup customer service management. Also delegates work and trains customer service associates while supporting driver and customer satisfaction.

Process and research customer freight bills, maintain account instructions, resolve billing disputes and payment issues, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and serve as backup for team members.

Manage customer inquiries, load solicitations, service reporting, and trailer pool supervision. Ensure service levels, secure appointments, perform solicitations, train and delegate to associates, and act as substitute account manager across regions.
