Act as drivers' operations representative: manage driver performance, communicate load details, coordinate maintenance and appointments, account for trucks and drivers, supervise trailer pools, assist customer service manager, solicit loads, train associates, and maintain customer service levels.

Provide accounts payable and administrative support: enter and file invoices, verify vendor information, respond to vendor inquiries, assist with month-end tasks, handle mail and packages, and support invoice research and reconciliation under departmental guidance.

Support Sales and Pricing by processing proposals, managing contract renewals, verifying customer qualifications, maintaining customer data, completing RFIs, tracking communications, and performing related duties.
