Serve as drivers' representative and primary communication link, manage driver performance and fleet metrics, handle customer inquiries and load solicitations, supervise trailer pools, train associates, and provide backup to the customer service manager.

Train with management and operations in Dry Van or Regional Truckload divisions, gain hands-on experience leading professional drivers, support multiple operational areas, build customer relationships, and prepare for potential long-term employment. Workplace includes pre-employment substance abuse testing.

Support sales, marketing, and business development by producing executive-quality presentations and proposals, administering CRM and SlideHub, completing RFIs/RFPs, managing projects and onboarding, and delivering analytical reports and training to improve processes and sales effectiveness.
