Prepare employee benefits compliance documents, complete Form 5500 filings, support ACA reporting, calculate PCORI fees, and maintain accurate client and internal records. The role partners with client HR and benefits administrators, manages multiple deadlines, follows established workflows, and protects confidential information while supporting benefits compliance and regulatory reporting.

Leads regional leadership teams, including Account Managers and Supervisors, while overseeing major client relationships, retention, growth, staffing, profitability, and operational performance. Develops business strategies, improves account management practices and workflows, promotes technology adoption, and fosters employee-owner culture. Requires insurance industry experience, leadership capability, insurance licensing, business judgment, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Provides first-line IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, cloud desktop, and access issues. Manages help desk tickets, monitors email security filters, supports technology rollouts and testing, and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation. The role supports Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktops, Salesforce, Vertafore, and other business platforms, with occasional travel to company offices for onsite support.
