Partners with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Licensing teams while maintaining accurate confidential records and responding to routine inquiries.

Oversee employee relations, investigations, performance management, benefits administration, HR compliance, workforce support, and HR operations for a 350+ employee multi-state organization. Develop scalable SOPs and workflows, maintain HR records and systems, guide managers, mentor HR staff, support employee engagement, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
