Manages day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, benefits administration, HR records, audits, and employee engagement. Partners with managers on performance matters, training, onboarding, and policy guidance. Uses ADP Workforce Now for reporting and employee record maintenance while supporting process improvements, recruitment, newsletters, and HR initiatives.

Coordinates HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, background checks, employee records, licensing and training compliance, benefits enrollment, payroll data maintenance, and employee support. Partners with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Licensing teams while maintaining accurate confidential records and responding to routine inquiries.
