Own biweekly payroll processing, including timecard audits, deductions, adjustments, and compliance. Administer benefits, open enrollment, and COBRA processes; maintain confidential employee records and HRIS data. Support recruiting, onboarding, background checks, employment documentation, performance records, audits, regulatory reporting, and HR projects. Provide accurate, discreet employee support while coordinating with vendors, brokers, hiring managers, and the HR Manager.
