Teams at Marshall Community Credit Union

Supports credit union card services across settlements, reconciliations, adjustments, chargebacks, fraud tracking, ATM operations, card maintenance, inventory, and member issue resolution. Coordinates with processors, networks, vendors, and internal teams; performs testing and system conversions; maintains procedures and training materials; and generates operational reports. Requires strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, regulatory, and organizational skills, with card-services experience preferred.
