Supports compliance risk advisory projects through business process and internal control assessments, risk mitigation, policy and procedure implementation, third-party risk management, compliance models, anti-corruption frameworks, internal audits, GDPR compliance, and anti-fraud initiatives. The role requires a master’s degree in Economics, fluency in Italian and English, and advanced Microsoft Office skills. It begins with a six-month internship and may progress to an apprenticeship contract.

Manage new business, renewals, and customer service for complex commercial insurance accounts. Prepare and market submissions, develop proposals, bind coverage, review policies, and respond to client requests. Collaborate with producers, client executives, unit managers, and administrators while applying knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, underwriting, rating, billing, and risk management. The role involves in-person teamwork and client interaction with hybrid flexibility.

Clarifies complex client-specific investment performance data, coordinates with centralized reporting teams on report formats and issues, produces research reports and investment papers for committee meetings, supports annual client reviews, responds to client and consultant inquiries, and provides research for sales activities.
