Leads global digital content and search strategy, governance, operating models, and implementation across organic search, paid search, AEO, and content marketing. Develops AI-enabled workflows and agents, oversees CMS and platform alignment, establishes analytics-driven testing and optimization, manages governance standards, and delivers executive reporting. Partners with global, regional, platform, transformation, and marketing teams while leading enablement, change adoption, and continuous improvement.

Manages and grows insurance client relationships, develops tailored insurance solutions, prepares proposals and renewal quotations, negotiates coverage and pricing with insurers and underwriters, and maintains accurate policy and claims records. The role requires strong insurance technical knowledge, client management, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to meet sales targets while delivering high-quality service.
