Support regional Practice Leaders by managing practice operations, PMO activities, and commercial effectiveness. Coordinate meetings, RFPs, MIS reporting, budget tracking, and cross-functional initiatives. Drive process improvements, change adoption, and event delivery while liaising with partners and internal teams to support business development and regional priorities.

Support regional Practice Leaders by managing day-to-day practice operations, PMO tasks, commercial effectiveness, BD and RFP processes, reporting (MIS), and execution of strategic projects. Coordinate with Finance, KM, Talent Analytics and other support teams, run meetings and events, track actions and implement process improvements and best practices to drive practice growth and efficiency.

Provide in-person, phone, and virtual end-user IT support for laptops and MMC devices: build, deploy, reimage, troubleshoot, repair hardware and software, document tickets, escalate to resolver teams, use digital monitoring tools, collaborate with engineering, participate in projects, and provide occasional after-hours support and travel as required.
