Processes accounts receivable transactions, cash receipts, invoices, reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close activities. Supports accounts payable, purchase order administration, employee expense processing, financial reporting, HST returns, budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits. Maintains accurate records, prepares schedules, assists with process improvements, and provides administrative and operational support to the Property Accounting and Administration team.

Leads organizational development programs, engagement initiatives, benefits reviews, employer branding, hybrid work, and other P&C projects. Partners with managers on sourcing, interviewing, selection, offers, and onboarding while mitigating risk and supporting strategic organizational goals.

Provides strategic advisory services to B2B technology companies scaling from approximately $10M to $100M+ in revenue. Advises founders and executives on product roadmaps, commercialization, international expansion, engineering investments, AI-enabled products, monetization, organizational design, and operating models. The advisor also supports company assessments, growth plans, workshops, peer groups, network connections, and CRM reporting as an independent contractor.
