Manage Windows and Linux production systems, containerised workloads (Docker/Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation/ARM), monitoring/observability, incident response, performance tuning, and automation to improve reliability and scalability while mentoring teams and owning on-call responsibilities.

Lead planning, delivery, and governance of complex technology and regulatory projects in the mortgage/financial sector. Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholder communications (including clients and regulators), risk and change control, documentation and audit readiness, benefits realisation, and post-implementation reviews. Coordinate cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery aligned with organisational objectives.
