Greet and assist owners/guests at the sales front desk, ensure comfort, log marketing premiums, support sales presentations, promote brand image, meet service and sales goals, and follow company policies and safety procedures.

Responds to guest maintenance requests and repairs building equipment and property systems. Performs preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and operates equipment shut-off valves. Maintains inventory, requisitions supplies, and records unfinished work in shift logs. Follows safety, security, hazardous-material, and Lockout/Tagout procedures while providing professional guest service, communicating maintenance issues, and supporting coworkers. The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders and stairs, and bending or stooping.

Process and research requests to modify property ownership records; verify documentation, communicate with customers and internal partners, maintain records, update internal systems, and prepare routine reports while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with title and legal requirements.
