The role provides leadership development while helping maintain efficient dental practice operations and outstanding patient experiences.

Coordinates patient treatment by explaining dental plans, payment options, scheduling, insurance, and oral care needs. Supports dentists and office staff, handles administrative tasks and patient communications, achieves treatment acceptance and financial goals, resolves concerns, protects patient information, and helps deliver a positive patient experience while following HIPAA and OSHA procedures.
