Lead IT Product Management and Software Asset Management for internal enterprise systems (ERP/CRM/HRIS). Set product strategy, prioritize demand, govern SaaS lifecycle, lead OCM and adoption, oversee delivery (QA/UAT/releases/hypercare), build metrics, and manage and develop a cross-functional BT product and asset team.

Lead design, build, and operate an end-to-end Identity Platform for KYC/KYB, overseeing CIP, CDD, sanctions screening, and continuous risk monitoring. Drive AI-first automation to reduce manual reviews, mentor engineers, manage reliability and incidents, and represent technical solutions to customers and regulators. Partner cross-functionally to shape roadmap and ensure regulatory compliance and extensibility across jurisdictions.

Lead global demand generation strategy and execution across NA and EMEA. Build integrated ABM and enterprise campaigns (paid media, events, SEO/AEO, outbound), manage and coach a Demand Gen Manager, partner with sales and ops for tracking and attribution, run testing agendas, and report on pipeline performance to leadership.
