Lead and grow a team of enterprise AEs and AMs targeting F1000 customers in payments. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, build executive relationships, drive new logo bookings and in-year expansion, manage forecasts and pipeline, and align cross-functionally to deliver complex, multi-product platform solutions.

Manage day-to-day workplace operations at Oakland HQ including vendor and amenity programs, event coordination, front desk support, badging, shipping/receiving, facilities tasks, health & safety readiness, JIRA request triage, and employee engagement to foster a welcoming on-site workplace.

Lead the design and execution of Marqeta's Identity Platform, managing systems for KYC compliance, team mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.
