Build, scale, secure, and maintain Maropost’s SaaS infrastructure on GCP. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters, developing Terraform automation, creating CI/CD pipelines, implementing observability, resolving performance issues, improving DevOps practices, mentoring engineers, and participating in 24/7 on-call incident response.

Develop and architect scalable full-stack applications, primarily backend Go microservices for search and merchandising products. Build REST APIs, design cloud-native systems, manage production deployments, improve security and development tools, and lead architecture, code reviews, governance, and technical best practices. Collaborate in an empowered product team using agile sprints and technologies including PostgreSQL, Apache Pulsar, Vue.js, React.js, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD tooling.

Own end-to-end machine learning for ecommerce discovery, including recommendation and ranking models, low-latency Python serving, batch pipelines, A/B testing, and production deployments. Operate containerized services on Kubernetes, monitor systems, and extend LLM-powered shopping and catalog applications. The role requires strong recommender systems, search ranking, embeddings, vector databases, streaming, and production ML experience.
