Serve as strategic HR advisor for assigned locations, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance management, employee relations, training, HRIS administration, compliance, and culture/engagement initiatives while partnering with leadership on talent strategy.

Manage and grow customer relationships via strategic account management, forecasting, order fulfillment, quotations, pricing, and ERP data entry. Support business development, inventory collaboration, and represent the company at visits, trade shows, and online. Travel up to 30% and ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Provide hands-on HSE advice and support for Port Hedland operations, promote safe behaviours, conduct inspections, audits, risk assessments and incident investigations, track corrective actions, maintain HSE records, and support training and safety initiatives across site and project environments.
