Lead HSEQ initiatives across Freo Group by implementing safety, quality and environmental priorities. Coordinate compliance, assurance, risk management, audits, continuous improvement, incident investigations, corrective actions, training, certifications and injury management. Partner with operational leaders and HSE Business Partners to strengthen systems, ensure regulatory compliance, improve safety culture and support effective business performance across high-risk industrial operations.

Administer and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, identity services, networking, storage, virtual machines, and collaboration platforms. Manage Entra ID access controls, security policies, monitoring, vulnerability remediation, and incident response. Support SharePoint and OneDrive governance, maintain cloud documentation, troubleshoot outages, and contribute to automation, cost optimization, migrations, and cloud modernization.

Leads enterprise IT operations and infrastructure, including IT support, systems administration, ERP platforms, networks, cloud environments, cybersecurity, and IT service management. Oversees teams, availability, compliance, disaster recovery, strategic technology planning, automation, budgeting, vendor relationships, and risk mitigation. Partners with global leadership to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and improve service performance.
