Lead on-site operations for a rail/marshalling facility: enforce safety and compliance, manage teams and schedules, drive productivity and continuous improvement, maintain customer relationships, control budgets, oversee maintenance and documentation, and implement site-specific strategic and mitigation plans.

Manage all phases of assigned engineering projects under broad supervision: prepare and review cost estimates, compile equipment and cost data, write appropriation requests, originate project requests, investigate project problems and develop economically, personnel-, and environmentally-sound solutions. Typically requires 3–5 years of experience. Additional job-related screening required after a conditional offer.

Supervise and coordinate fabrication and assembly of fasteners, enforce safety and quality standards, manage staffing and production schedules, maintain records, recommend process improvements, oversee preventative maintenance, and train and discipline plant employees.
