Leads the creation and scaling of PEAC Solutions’ Technology vertical. Develops go-to-market strategy, builds vendor and channel partnerships, originates new business, manages pipeline and forecasting, shapes financing programs, and collaborates cross-functionally on credit, operations, legal, finance, and marketing. The role also represents the company externally, recruits and coaches sales talent, and reports growth, performance, and risk metrics to executive leadership.

Develop, modernize, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, integrations, data models, and AI-powered workflows using Agentforce and Prompt Builder. Manage deployments with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, Copado, and sandbox governance. Provide production support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution while following Agile delivery and change management practices.

Corporate Counsel will negotiate commercial contracts, advise business teams on corporate, regulatory, compliance, and financing matters, manage licensing and state filings, support litigation and subpoenas, and guide corporate governance and strategic initiatives. The role requires collaboration with executives, internal departments, regulators, board members, and outside counsel while supporting equipment leasing and financing operations.
