Leads mechanical engineering teams and custom engineering projects from concept through implementation. Oversees new product development, mechanical design, testing, validation, manufacturing feasibility, project schedules, budgets, and technical standards. Drives engineering process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, acquisition integration, technology transfers, and product roadmap initiatives while ensuring quality, regulatory, safety, and customer requirements are met.

Fabricates stainless steel food-processing machinery by interpreting blueprints, measuring materials, operating and programming press brakes, using CNC laser equipment, troubleshooting production issues, maintaining equipment, and meeting safety, quality, and output standards.

Sell aftermarket parts, service agreements, upgrades, rebuilds, and preventive maintenance to Marlen customers. Proactively identify opportunities using CRM/ERP/install-base data, prepare quotes and proposals, follow up on leads, and collaborate with sales, customer service, field service, and engineering to deliver technical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and training; maintain accurate CRM records.
