Coordinates highway and streetworks permits from application through completion, ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate records, and adherence to project schedules. Manages works notices, permit extensions, road space bookings, traffic and parking suspensions, reinstatement inspections, and penalty notice issues. Liaises with project teams, local authorities, stakeholders, and third parties while maintaining trackers in Excel and Microsoft Teams and preparing monthly KPI reports.

Coordinates employee and subcontractor training, maintains training matrices and certification records, monitors expiry dates, identifies compliance gaps, and arranges internal and external courses. Supports inductions, audits, training needs analysis, CITB funding applications, cost recovery, training agreements, purchasing, and administrative processes. Works with managers, supervisors, employees, HR, accounts, and training providers to ensure competency and regulatory requirements are met.

Coordinate social value plans and community initiatives across multiple contracts. Responsibilities include supporting local employment programs, employee volunteering, educational engagement, stakeholder relationships, performance tracking, reporting, case studies, social media content, and helping operational teams meet social value commitments.
