Provide on-site retail security leadership by supervising officers, managing access control and CCTV monitoring, responding to incidents, conducting patrols and investigations, training staff, maintaining logs/post orders, and delivering customer service to protect people and property.

Provide onsite security through vigilant observation, access control, patrols, emergency response, incident documentation, and customer service. Enforce badge/access policies, deter crime, assist in evacuations/first aid, and maintain accurate reports.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting: source, screen, extend offers, build candidate pipelines, collaborate with regional hiring managers, coordinate onboarding, and maintain compliant records in Greenhouse ATS.
