Security officers will patrol assigned properties, observe and report incidents, provide customer service, follow site procedures, and meet client security needs. Candidates must hold an Ohio State Guard Card and valid driver’s license, with open availability preferred. Weekend and holiday work is required. Applicants should bring identification, Social Security card, resume, and guard card if available.

Provides unarmed retail security through vehicle and foot patrols, public engagement, incident response, suspicious-activity monitoring, safety enforcement, reporting, and communication with clients and response teams. Requires a valid Texas Level II security license, driver’s license, computer skills, weekend availability, physical mobility, and at least one year of security and customer service experience.

Unarmed retail security officers conduct vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence, respond to public calls for service, document incidents, monitor suspicious activity, enforce site rules, and contact first responders during emergencies. The role requires weekend availability, extended walking and patrols, basic computer skills, strong communication, a valid Texas Level II guard license, a Texas driver’s license with clean record, and successful background and drug screening.
