Support the Visual Merchandising team to create and maintain in-store displays and window installations, refresh seasonal/promotional visuals, manage stockroom organization, monitor inventory of display materials, and ensure visual standards and health & safety are upheld.

Operate behind the scenes to receive and process deliveries, manage and shift stock, and keep the shop floor replenished. Perform physically demanding, fast-paced tasks with urgency and accuracy. Use digital tools to track deliveries and inventory, work across store functions, and adapt to early mornings, varied shifts, and weekend hours while supporting teammates.

Analyze customer behaviour and loyalty programme performance (Sparks), deliver insight-led analysis to inform trading and strategy, collaborate with Loyalty, Product, Data and Data Science teams, and help define measurement of customer impact and commercial value.
