Lead international marketplace trading strategy for third-party partners, managing P&L, budgets and forecasting. Build strategic partner relationships, drive sales, margin and performance through data-led optimisation, identify new marketplace opportunities and support cross-functional launches to expand global digital presence.

Develops womenswear garments from design through fit approval and production. Creates technical specifications and tech packs, evaluates fabric and construction, signs off bills of materials, and ensures products meet fit, quality, safety, legal, compliance, ethical sourcing, and responsible manufacturing standards. Collaborates with Design, Buying, suppliers, and global sourcing teams while using customer feedback and product data to guide development and innovation.

Supports the technical development and delivery of kidswear products, ensuring quality, fit, performance, safety, compliance, and customer standards. Responsibilities include maintaining technical specifications and product data in PLM systems, managing fit, block, and pattern development, approving samples, maintaining block libraries, and supporting regulatory and ethical compliance. The role also analyzes departmental data and product insights to inform reporting and strategic decision-making.
