Lead and coordinate a 12+ workstream transformation across International Food, Home & Beauty (FH&B). Manage programme lifecycle from scoping and investment cases through delivery and BAU embedding, establish governance, own critical path and interdependencies, align UK and International strategy, and drive change across teams to deliver business outcomes.

As a Principal Engineer at M&S, you'll drive technical strategy, influence architecture, and mentor engineers while delivering on personalization, search, and machine learning features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead oversight of SAP security and user access controls, develop SAP GRC policies and governance, review role design and SoD risks, perform control testing and risk reporting using data analytics, and partner with Finance, Technology and Audit to support compliance and continuous improvement.
