Administers and optimizes high-performance computing infrastructure, including Linux and Windows systems, compute nodes, parallel storage, InfiniBand networks, Slurm scheduling, backups, virtualization, and monitoring. Supports system imaging, patching, security, disaster recovery, capacity planning, software licensing, and infrastructure upgrades. Collaborates with enterprise IT, information security, vendors, faculty, and students; documents procedures, provides technical guidance, participates in projects, and performs on-call support. Requires hands-on troubleshooting, automation, customer service, and continuous infrastructure improvement.

Manages daily operations and strategic administrative support for the Annual Giving team and Executive Director. Responsibilities include budgeting, expense reconciliation, reporting, donor database maintenance, prospect research, calendar and travel coordination, hiring administration, meetings, vendor invoices, document management, and confidential communications. The role also analyzes team effectiveness, supports donor engagement, prepares departmental reports, and contributes to special projects.

Provides senior administrative support to the School of Engineering Dean’s Office, including calendar and event coordination, policy and workflow maintenance, financial transactions and budget reconciliation, visitor and hiring logistics, onboarding, communications support, records management, and occasional supervision of student employees. Coordinates events from planning through execution and collaborates with university departments, vendors, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
