The role requires extensive travel, cross-cultural communication, event management, and collaboration with campus partners.

Manages investment accounting, gift accounting, tax reporting, endowment reporting, financial statement preparation, audits, fund allocations, and finance representative activities. Supervises accounting staff, coordinates tax filings and external auditors, oversees endowment software and income modeling, trains campus users on Workday Financials, and supports process improvements and financial compliance.

Leads graduate online program recruiting, enrollment strategy, outreach, marketing analysis, and admissions operations. Manages recruitment forecasts, CRM processes, campaigns, events, prospect communications, and student engagement while partnering with graduate schools and financial aid teams.
