Coordinates field-based projects from planning through closeout by maintaining schedules, trackers, documentation, milestones, and status reports. Liaises with Sales, Project Management, Field Operations, Engineering, Production, customers, and other stakeholders. Supports project handoffs, site readiness, mobilization, onboarding, compliance documentation, client reporting, risk escalation, and closeout activities while ensuring timely communication and accurate project records.

Develops and executes territory sales strategies for commercial construction services, building relationships with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and key accounts. Generates new business, manages large-project sales, qualifies opportunities, delivers presentations, supports trade shows, coordinates project documentation, and ensures customer commitments are met. Maintains CRM and sales reporting, monitors market and competitive activity, addresses product concerns, and collaborates with internal teams to develop solutions and close transactions. Requires up to 50% business travel within the assigned territory.
