Lead full lifecycle event production for multiple, concurrent high-impact events. Own budgets, vendors, timelines, AV/run-of-show, staging, talent, and onsite execution. Serve as primary client partner, mentor associates, and ensure flawless live delivery while managing flexible schedules, travel, and occasional overtime.
