The Director of Client Development will drive sales efforts in the higher education sector, build relationships with institutional leaders, manage the business development process, and collaborate on strategies to meet growth targets.

Lead digital marketing strategy and paid media planning for higher-education clients, translate data into audience-first campaigns, oversee multi-channel paid social/search/display, create test-and-learn frameworks, mentor a manager, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and report performance-driven recommendations.

Support and maintain data ingestion, ETL, and normalization pipelines into Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake using ADF, Databricks, SQL Data Tools, and Python. Ensure data quality and security, assist client onboarding, create technical database documentation, and collaborate with data and client services teams to support higher-education partners.
