Create, manage, and optimize marketing content across channels to support demand generation and sales. Develop presentations, case studies, emails, social and product materials, coordinate production and distribution, collaborate with Sales and stakeholders, and monitor content performance to improve reach and conversion.

The Director of Client Success will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive client engagement with the MARKETview platform.

Support and maintain data ingestion, ETL, and normalization pipelines into Azure SQL and Azure Data Lake using ADF, Databricks, SQL Data Tools, and Python. Ensure data quality and security, assist client onboarding, create technical database documentation, and collaborate with data and client services teams to support higher-education partners.
