Commission, validate, install, configure, and troubleshoot robotic systems at customer sites. Diagnose hardware, software, electrical, networking, and ROS integration issues; perform root cause analysis, testing, calibration, and system validation. Analyze logs and performance data, document corrective actions, support customers remotely and onsite, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to resolve failures and improve product reliability.

Lead the full new product development lifecycle for electric excavators and wheel loaders, from feasibility through mass production. Manage multidisciplinary hydraulics, electrical, electronics, and structural engineering teams; optimize hydraulic systems, electric drivetrains, chassis, and heavy structures. Oversee testing, certification, supplier development, localization, VAVE, benchmarking, and product launches for Indian mining and construction markets.

Lead end-to-end operations for robotics product lines, including manufacturing, assembly, supply chain, vendor management, quality, customer success, installation, commissioning, and field deployment. Establish scalable processes, operational KPIs, cost controls, and continuous improvement programs. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Systems teams to enable design-for-manufacturability and reliable production transitions while building a customer-centric service framework.
