Support and troubleshoot production GCP data pipelines across batch and streaming workloads. Diagnose failures, latency, performance, and configuration issues; optimize pipelines for reliability and faster refreshes; support platform upgrades and compliance; and collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, and application teams. The role requires hands-on GCP, SQL, Python, BigQuery, Spanner, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, IAM, monitoring, logging, and production support experience.

Manages enterprise identity, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Citrix, endpoint security, monitoring, certificate services, and core Windows/Linux operations. Leads incident, problem, change, capacity, and availability management while driving modernization, automation, service improvements, compliance, audit readiness, and secure technology controls. Partners with security, infrastructure, service desk, application, compliance, audit, and business stakeholders to maintain reliable and secure services.

Design, develop, evaluate, deploy, and maintain reliable agentic AI systems. Responsibilities include LLM workflow engineering, prompt and tool design, SQL-based investigation, output verification, evaluation framework development, root-cause debugging, safeguards, validation, retries, and translating ambiguous business issues into reproducible technical problems.
