Manage monthly client invoicing, prepare weekly and monthly financial reports tied to KPIs, support month-end and annual close, maintain project accounting and reconciliations, assist with audits and filings, improve workflows, and partner with teams to resolve billing questions.

Lead core accounting operations including month-end close, AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and project financial tracking. Improve accounting workflows and internal controls, maintain reporting and KPIs, support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation, and serve as escalation for accounting questions while partnering with cross-functional teams.
