Support post-trade lifecycle for Fixed Income products including trade capture, confirmations, reconciliations, and settlement across Euroclear, Clearstream and domestic markets. Investigate and resolve breaks, liaise with traders and custodians, support P&L reporting, maintain operational controls, and help achieve high settlement rates and client service standards.

The System & Support Engineer will manage IT infrastructure and provide end-user support in Madrid, ensuring reliable operations and security compliance while collaborating globally with the IT team.

Support and maintain global IT infrastructure: administer Windows Server/Active Directory, VMware ESXi/vCenter, Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune, and Veeam backups; handle DNS/DHCP, Group Policy, patching, monitoring, troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure projects across international offices.

Provide 1st/2nd line IT support for Windows desktops, laptops and mobile devices; manage user accounts and devices (AD/Entra/Intune); support Microsoft 365 apps; troubleshoot network, printers and meeting room equipment; log incidents and assist with IT projects and deployments.

Reconcile financial trading data, investigate and resolve discrepancies, support migration and implementation of reconciliations into a reconciliation tool, produce MI reports, collaborate with traders/operations/IT, and improve reconciliation processes while maintaining compliance and controls.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining global networks, ensuring high availability and performance. Involves network configuration, troubleshooting, and project management.
