Paid remote internship supporting social media for client accounts. Responsibilities include scheduling content in Buffer, building content calendars, editing short-form videos, supporting TikTok strategy, drafting and refining captions with Claude AI, coordinating design requests in Asana, managing client approvals, tracking social media best practices, and assisting with client onboarding. The role offers potential conversion to a full-time Social Media Coordinator position.

Run end-to-end digital PR campaigns for legal, medical, and dental clients: find story angles, build targeted media lists, pitch reporters, secure placements and links, respond to source requests, brief content, track coverage, and report on campaign performance while collaborating with content and client teams.

Serve as primary account lead for a 30–40 client portfolio of law, dental, and specialty medical practices. Develop account strategy, monitor SEO performance, present insights, manage renewals and upsells, coordinate with CSAs, represent clients at events, and deliver strong client experiences to maximize retention and growth.
