Leads a team of Client Experience Managers responsible for account management, client retention, satisfaction, renewals, and revenue growth. Oversees portfolio health, ROI communication, KPI tracking, client escalations, team development, automation and AI adoption, knowledge-base implementation, and strategic client engagement. The role partners with company leadership to improve scalability, operational efficiency, reporting quality, and client outcomes while representing the organization through industry events and thought leadership.

Leads the Client Experience department, overseeing directors, managers, assistants, client retention, portfolio health, messaging standards, KPIs, onboarding, renewals, and escalations. Manages approximately five accounts personally while developing leaders, improving processes, driving automation and AI adoption, and partnering with marketing and business development teams to strengthen client value and growth.

Manage a portfolio of 30–40 SEO clients, primarily in legal, medical, and dental industries. Develop account strategies, monitor campaign performance, explain SEO insights, coordinate internal teams, address client concerns, drive renewals and upsells, and strengthen long-term client relationships. The role also includes client event representation, reporting, strategic consultation, and collaboration with Client Success Assistants.
