Lead and coach the International Product Management team for Malaysia and Singapore. Drive product selection, pricing, catalog and digital merchandising, cross-functional collaboration with Science, Quality Control, and Web Merchandising, produce executive reports, hire and train staff, approve product materials and samples, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Assist with administrative tasks for the Ridinger Family, manage calendars, organize events, and ensure confidentiality.
