Manage daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for corporate and branch locations: month-end close, consolidated financial reporting, bank reconciliations, cash monitoring, supervise staff, coordinate with external accountants and foreign branches, support filings, drive process improvements, and handle ad-hoc projects.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts; prepare journal entries, monthly financial statements, budgets and variance reports; analyze trends, cash balances, and business operations; document and implement accounting controls and procedures; support monthly close and provide guidance to other accountants; perform advanced, confidential accounting assignments and other duties as requested.

Provides English-Chinese written translation, proofreading, editing, and localization for corporate, legal, scientific, financial, advertising, and marketing materials. Maintains Chinese-language glossaries, ensures cultural and contextual accuracy, follows translation standards and workflows, and collaborates with Product, Legal, IT, PR, Events, Multimedia, and executive teams in a deadline-driven environment.
