The role also requires negotiation, decision-making, customer service, state-specific training, and travel to mediations, trials, and conferences as needed.

Oversee and coordinate insurance compliance functions, including monitoring regulatory changes, meeting statutory obligations, maintaining procedures, researching state requirements, assessing risks, and designing compliant processes. The role manages relationships with state insurance departments, supports internal and external stakeholders, reviews regulatory reports, guides less experienced team members, and handles special projects. Strong research, analytical, communication, organization, and regulatory knowledge are required, along with professional office experience and U.S. work authorization.

Develops business intelligence and analytics solutions supporting underwriting, claims, and operations. Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, data models, SQL views, semantic layers, automated reporting, Databricks notebooks, data pipelines, and cloud analytics capabilities. The role also evaluates AI-enabled analytics use cases, improves self-service insight, governs reporting environments, and partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
