Analyze coverage, manage nationwide litigation and defense counsel, set reserves, communicate with underwriting and stakeholders, maintain reporting and procedures, and support unit initiatives.

Lead actuarial strategy and analysis for the Workers Compensation segment, overseeing pricing, profitability monitoring, portfolio analytics, and forecasting. Partner with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and senior leadership to evaluate loss trends, drive pricing and reinsurance decisions, and present actionable insights. Manage and mentor actuarial staff and contribute to cross-functional strategic initiatives.
