Manages medium- to large-scale projects from concept through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors, governance, risks, budgets, timelines, and benefits. Communicates project status and decisions to sponsors and senior management, drives stakeholder approvals, optimizes team performance, and collaborates on change management, communications, and training plans. The role requires project management methodology expertise, Agile experience, insurance business knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Provides actuarial analysis for a UK insurance portfolio across reserving, pricing, portfolio management, business planning, and capital model parameterization. Partners with underwriting, Finance, Capital, and senior stakeholders; supports quarterly reserving, large account pricing, pricing tool validation, technical projects, external deliverables, and formal management presentations. The role requires London office attendance at least two days weekly and occasional travel to UK offices, conferences, and other locations.

Manages high-exposure casualty claims with significant autonomy, analyzing coverage, liability, damages, reserves, litigation strategy, and settlements. Oversees outside counsel, conducts investigations and legal research, advises underwriting on policy language, and presents coverage and litigation developments. The role also mentors claims staff, supports senior management reporting, collaborates across departments, and ensures compliance with fair claims practices and internal quality objectives.
