Lead technical recruiting for Mark43’s UK expansion, including sourcing software engineering, product management, and information security talent. Build talent maps and long-term pipelines, partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles and interview processes, represent the company at technology events, support employer branding, and establish scalable recruiting processes as the first UK People hire.

Oversee RMS configuration, business process analysis, workflow design, testing, implementation, training, and change management for public safety agencies. Advise customers on Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants products; establish implementation best practices; coordinate integrations and hardware testing; gather product feedback; support project planning, risk management, staffing, budgeting, and training material updates. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and at least 50% travel.
