Own the UK Case Management product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and adoption. Partner with police and public-safety customers, Design, Engineering, Sales, Delivery, and Customer Success to translate complex workflows into intuitive software. Manage roadmaps, requirements, success measures, customer demonstrations, and iterative improvements while contributing public-safety expertise and exploring responsible AI applications.

Own and grow the New Jersey and Downstate New York territory by developing sales strategies, generating pipeline, building public-sector relationships, leading complex SaaS sales cycles, navigating government procurement, and closing enterprise deals. The role requires collaboration with business development, marketing, solutions engineering, and internal teams, along with accurate Salesforce forecasting and regular regional travel to customer meetings and industry events.

Build and configure reporting forms, workflows, and automation supporting state-specific compliance requirements. Partner with customers and cross-functional teams to translate reporting needs into scalable technical solutions, troubleshoot compliance challenges, establish team standards, and improve documentation and tooling. The role uses JavaScript, JSON, and Forms.io while supporting public safety technology deployments across jurisdictions.
