The Product Manager will drive execution of CAD workflows, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, and integrate emerging technologies into mission-critical operations.

Own the full enterprise software sales cycle across Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah, from prospecting and territory planning through negotiation and close. Build relationships with public safety and government leaders, conduct product demonstrations, develop proposals, manage Salesforce forecasting, and collaborate with business development, customer success, product, and implementation teams. Regular travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events is required.

Manage and grow UK enterprise accounts by supporting technical implementations, troubleshooting services, analyzing customer environments, recommending interfaces, migrations, and analytics, and advocating for customer needs. Collaborate with Services, Customer Experience, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Delivery teams to resolve issues, support implementations, track account metrics, train customers, communicate product feedback, and align timelines and payment milestones.
