Lead and oversee site safety for a Nevada construction project: implement safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, conduct inspections and incident investigations, train and mentor project teams and subcontractors, maintain safety documentation, and liaise with Safety Director and client.

Manage multiple mechanical/MEP construction projects from estimating and scheduling through completion. Oversee budgets, materials, production, scope changes, client communication, and document control. Mentor project managers and assistants and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while meeting financial targets.

Manage mechanical construction projects end-to-end, overseeing schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, safety, and compliance. Manage BIM/VDC workflows, supervise modelers and detailers, define means-and-methods for prefabrication/kitting/installation, coordinate with manufacturing and field teams, create VC scope/budgets/KPIs, and support design-to-field translation and quality control throughout projects.

Support project manager and superintendent with onsite OAC/Pull Plan meetings, subcontractor scheduling and management, review drawings and cost impacts, prepare RFIs/submittal/change order logs, maintain project documents and filing systems, compile closeout documents, and produce status reports and bid/schedule development.

Produce high-quality LGS framing and MEP component models and shop/fabrication/installation drawings using BIM and automation tools. Support design-assist, coordination with trades and GCs, BOMs, material procurement, and files for automated manufacturing equipment. Improve processes and help productize components for manufacturing.
