Manages electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, safety, procurement, subcontractors, and client relationships. Supervises project staff, coordinates with field leadership, manages forecasting and change orders, supports prefabrication and Lean construction practices, and ensures successful commissioning, documentation, billing, and project turnover.

Perform electrical trainee duties on commercial construction sites, including spotting electricians on lifts, moving materials, setting up equipment, installing boxes, panels, switchboards, motor control centers, and switchgear. Maintain tools and equipment, identify problems, follow safety procedures, and work from blueprints when required. The temporary assignment runs approximately October 2026 through February 2027, with possible overtime and future work opportunities.

Senior operational leader overseeing a portfolio of large mechanical construction projects. Drives project execution, profitability, risk management, client relationships, and team development. Coaches project managers, enforces financial controls, leads contract negotiations and change management, supports business development, and standardizes operational best practices to scale the division.

Leads enterprise-wide AI strategy, governance, use-case development, vendor evaluation, pilot programs, implementation, change management, risk mitigation, and executive reporting. Partners with leaders across construction, manufacturing, service, VDC, estimating, business development, and finance to identify and scale high-value AI and automation initiatives while measuring ROI and adoption.

Support project managers and superintendents with project coordination, documentation, submittal and RFI management, cost coding, change order preparation, status reporting, bid package development, and contract close-out tasks.
