Senior operational leader overseeing a portfolio of large mechanical construction projects. Drives project execution, profitability, risk management, client relationships, and team development. Coaches project managers, enforces financial controls, leads contract negotiations and change management, supports business development, and standardizes operational best practices to scale the division.

Manage multiple mechanical/MEP construction projects from estimating and scheduling through completion. Oversee budgets, materials, production, scope changes, client communication, and document control. Mentor project managers and assistants and ensure quality, safety, and on-time delivery while meeting financial targets.

Lead and grow the Preconstruction organization (Estimating, Design-Build, VDC, Procurement). Set strategy, standards, KPIs, and P&L ownership. Hire and develop talent, coordinate with Business Development and Operations, review estimates, manage risk/contingency, drive prefabrication, and represent Preconstruction on the Executive Leadership Team.

Support project manager and superintendent with onsite OAC/Pull Plan meetings, subcontractor scheduling and management, review drawings and cost impacts, prepare RFIs/submittal/change order logs, maintain project documents and filing systems, compile closeout documents, and produce status reports and bid/schedule development.

Manage mechanical construction projects end-to-end, overseeing schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, safety, and compliance. Lead project teams, coordinate with clients and GCs, perform preconstruction estimating and constructability reviews, mitigate risks, support business development, and mentor project and field staff.

Manage BIM/VDC workflows, supervise modelers and detailers, define means-and-methods for prefabrication/kitting/installation, coordinate with manufacturing and field teams, create VC scope/budgets/KPIs, and support design-to-field translation and quality control throughout projects.

Produce high-quality LGS framing and MEP component models and shop/fabrication/installation drawings using BIM and automation tools. Support design-assist, coordination with trades and GCs, BOMs, material procurement, and files for automated manufacturing equipment. Improve processes and help productize components for manufacturing.

Lead creation and growth of an energy services practice: perform ASHRAE-level energy audits, convert findings into retrofit projects, manage sales and utility incentives, develop practice strategy toward performance contracting, and coordinate delivery with MEP trades. Target year-one revenue $500K-$1M and travel 30-50% across Northern CA/NV.

Manage M3's digital presence across three divisions by producing and publishing project stories, case studies, video scripts, social media, and email campaigns. Maintain website content and asset library, coordinate vendors for photography/videography, and support PR, SEO/SEM, and marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing and Business Development team.
