Supports Linux server strategy, deployment, optimization, and operational reliability across enterprise web hosting environments. Monitors and troubleshoots Linux, software, cloud, hardware, and network issues; manages patching, configuration automation, encryption, certificates, and security controls. Participates in infrastructure projects, audits, root cause analysis, service interruption response, and continuous improvement through automation. Provides customer service and participates in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Develop and maintain moderately complex RPA solutions, including design, coding, testing, troubleshooting, monitoring, and enhancements. Collaborate with business analysts, IT teams, process owners, and senior developers to gather requirements and deliver reliable automations. Support UiPath Orchestrator, deployments, version control, documentation, libraries, frameworks, schedules, and environment troubleshooting. Provide informal support to junior developers while following coding standards and best practices.

Designs, implements, and supports secure, resilient, scalable enterprise systems across on-premises and cloud environments. Responsibilities include systems engineering, automation and scripting, infrastructure design, DevOps, continuous integration and delivery, service tuning, security, monitoring, documentation, training, stakeholder presentations, and on-call support. The role serves as an OS platform subject matter expert and collaborates with customers and technical teams to develop enterprise service offerings.
