Processes contractual and non-contractual policy changes and client requests according to established procedures. Reviews documents for completeness, processes alterations, prepares contract endorsements, updates tracking and productivity logs, and ensures records are scanned and filed. Responds to inquiries from financial advisors, support teams, and clients, while participating in periodic projects, meetings, and team activities.

Prepares treasury and investment correspondence, bank transfers, intercompany balances, reinsurance payments, journal entries, CMS reports, bank statements, and online transactions. Handles investment purchase and sale letters, foreign exchange requests, audit confirmations, investment files, payment stops, returned items, filing, logs, and general administrative support.

The Tradesman is responsible for building maintenance, including repairs, painting, and ensuring safety in the property management unit. Duties involve documenting maintenance activities and liaising with external consultants.
