Oversee accounting, financial reporting, month-end close, inventory and floorplan accounting, boat deal accounting, service and warranty reconciliation, cash, AR, AP, intercompany activity, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and process improvement across marine dealership locations. Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to explain financial results, resolve discrepancies, strengthen controls, and improve business performance.
