Leads human resources strategy and operations for approximately 220 staff and faculty. Oversees employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, compensation, HRIS administration, compliance, leave management, workers’ compensation, audits, and HR staff development. Advises school leadership, maintains policies and handbooks, supports professional growth, and promotes an inclusive workplace culture.
