Leads total rewards strategy, compensation structures, salary benchmarking, annual pay cycles, incentive plans, benefits administration, vendor relationships, regulatory compliance, and workforce analytics. Partners with Finance, Talent Acquisition, HR, and senior leaders to support equitable pay, employee engagement, retention, and fiscal stewardship. Oversees medical, dental, retirement, leave, workers’ compensation, and related programs while producing executive reporting and supporting HR initiatives across multiple clinics.
