Own the self-serve customer growth strategy from signup through paid conversion. Analyze funnels, cohorts, retention, segmentation, and user paths to identify activation opportunities and recommend measurable product and go-to-market improvements. Assess competitors, model market opportunities, advise on pricing and packaging, and communicate product insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Build and maintain scalable full-stack software for the Campaign Monitor product. Develop APIs, event-driven microservices, dynamic web applications, AWS infrastructure, and event-streaming solutions. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers; contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, mentorship, scoping, and long-term maintainability. Participate in on-call support and use data-driven instrumentation to improve system reliability and customer experiences.
