Build and maintain full-stack software for Campaign Monitor across microservices, APIs, dynamic web applications, AWS infrastructure, and event-streaming systems. Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to shape architecture, deliver scalable customer experiences, review code, mentor teammates, and support production systems through on-call participation. The role requires end-to-end ownership, including technical scoping, tradeoffs, quality, security, and long-term maintainability.

Senior Commercial Counsel will lead drafting, review, and negotiation of complex customer-facing SaaS, software, vendor, procurement, and partner agreements. The role advises Sales, Procurement, Finance, Security, Privacy, Product, and other teams on commercial, privacy, intellectual property, security, liability, indemnification, and regulatory risks. Responsibilities include managing matters through execution, improving contract templates and playbooks, documenting risk decisions, and streamlining legal processes. This senior individual contributor works independently within a lean legal team and reports to the Chief Legal Officer.

Generates qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, conducts discovery, delivers virtual product demonstrations, and manages defined commercial opportunities through close. Maintains accurate CRM records, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates handoffs to senior sellers, and collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales leadership. The role develops full-cycle sales capabilities while contributing to pipeline coverage, opportunity progression, conversion, and revenue attainment.
