Provide excellent customer service and support day-to-day store operations on Sundays. Maintain shop presentation, sort and price donations, handle cash and sales records, support Gift Aid and donations, engage customers and volunteers, follow health and safety and Marie Curie policies, and undertake lone working when required.

Run the Troon charity shop on Sundays, managing daily operations solo: serve customers, process and price donations, maximise sales and Gift Aid, coach volunteers, maintain displays, and ensure health & safety and financial procedures are followed.

Produce and maintain high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards, analyse operational and commercial data to identify risks and opportunities, improve data quality and KPIs, support transition to a new Data Hub and promote self-service analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insight.
