Lead development and delivery of Marie Curies external communications strategy to build reputation, drive campaigns, manage crisis communications, align messaging across directorates, and lead and develop the communications team to increase audience and influence.

Run the Kemptown store alone on Sundays: manage daily operations, sales, stock processing and displays, price donated items, maximise Gift Aid, coach and lead volunteers, engage customers to drive donations and loyalty, ensure health & safety and financial procedures, and grow community involvement.

Develop compelling cases for support and tailored fundraising propositions by working with clinical, research, policy and fundraising teams. Create clear narratives, interpret data and deliver discovery sessions to support Trusts & Foundations, Philanthropy and Corporate fundraising. Provide self-service content and coordinate stakeholders to maximise high-value funding opportunities.
