Represents indigent clients in juvenile delinquency and other court-appointed matters. Responsibilities include appearing at hearings and trials, presenting oral arguments, conducting legal research, drafting motions and briefs, interviewing witnesses, reviewing evidence, preparing cases for trial, communicating with clients and legal professionals, and traveling to courts, detention centers, and related locations.

Conduct epidemiologic analyses of vaccine-preventable disease and immunization data, monitor trends and disparities, and identify populations at increased risk. Develop reports, dashboards, maps, and visualizations to communicate findings and support public health decisions. Collaborate with internal and external partners, and support cooperative agreements, performance measures, grant deliverables, and evaluation activities through data analysis and reporting.

Manages complex flood control and public works projects from planning and design through construction. Coordinates consultants, engineers, planners, stakeholders, and project partners; oversees scopes, schedules, budgets, specifications, agreements, and regulatory compliance. Reviews technical deliverables, supports consultant selection and contract negotiations, prepares project authorizations, and presents projects at public and board meetings.
