As an Addictionologist, you will provide integrated healthcare to incarcerated individuals, developing and expanding substance use treatments, and evaluating and treating patients with addiction disorders while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Designs, develops, modernizes, and maintains enterprise .NET applications and integrations. Provides technical leadership, mentors staff, leads deployments and migrations, ensures security and performance, supports production, and collaborates with stakeholders across development, security, and infrastructure teams.

Lead and coordinate the Capital Improvement Program (CIP): manage multi-million-dollar budgets, schedules, cash flow and program performance; ensure financial accuracy and compliance; prepare forecasts and reports; oversee project scheduling and delivery; manage governance, Resolutions and Intergovernmental Agreements; facilitate CIP prioritization, administer small-project programs, and collaborate with municipalities, state/federal agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver infrastructure projects.
