Senior network engineer responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise networks across campus, datacenter, cloud, and remote sites. Work includes routing, switching, VPN, load balancing, wireless, optical, firewalls, virtual networking, automation, troubleshooting, documentation, architecture reviews, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration.

Provide frontline technical support to county staff via phone, chat, and email; triage, document, and resolve incidents in ServiceNow; apply ITIL practices; escalate and support major incidents; maintain knowledge articles; meet SLA and quality standards; collaborate with teams to restore services and support Service Desk operations.

Lead IT projects from initiation through implementation, coordinating sponsors, stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and operations. Develop plans, schedules, budgets, risk/issue logs, status reports, and communications. Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, and dependencies; manage changes, facilitate meetings, ensure implementation readiness, and conduct closeout and lessons-learned activities. Support hybrid work with on-site attendance during critical functions and election cycles.
