Recruit and onboard poll workers for the 2026 election cycle: conduct phone interviews, process applications, update poll-worker records in the Board Worker Software System, schedule training, handle incoming communications, and use Microsoft Office and in-house systems. Role is full-time temporary with irregular hours, mandatory overtime during election periods, and on-site election-day duties.

Provide administrative support for contract attorneys including coordinating travel, processing Request of Funds, managing transcription/media requests, conducting case research, handling front desk reception backup, and assisting with office projects.

Manage federal-aid construction projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring contractor compliance with federal requirements (Buy America/BABA, DBRA, Title VI, DBE). Perform audits, schedule and cost analysis, prepare reports, respond to public information requests, litigation holds, and claims. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, ADOT, and other agencies; lead ADOT CA recertification and Title VI coordination. Develop and update procedures, provide training, and support project documentation and record closeout processes.
