Teams at Maricopa Ambulance, LLC

First point of contact for emergency and non-emergency calls; gather and input caller and insurance information into CAD, prioritize and dispatch resources per Emergency Medical Dispatch protocol, provide pre-arrival instructions, maintain clear records, communicate with field crews and receiving facilities, and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulations.

Serve as primary client liaison to maintain and grow accounts, onboard new clients, conduct business reviews, monitor service-level performance, escalate and resolve issues, attend client meetings, and foster strong relationships between clients and Maricopa Ambulance while supporting internal teams.
