Supervise evening nursing operations while supporting staff, maintaining care standards, and promoting positive resident outcomes. The role requires an active RN license, an ASN or higher, and at least one year of nursing experience. Sub-acute or long-term care experience is preferred. Responsibilities also include collaborating with nursing leadership, responding to resident needs, and fostering a clean, efficient, and supportive care environment.

Coordinate and oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument and Minimum Data Set processes for a long-term care center. Ensure assessments are developed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with professional standards, physician orders, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations. The role requires an active registered nurse license and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care payer systems, OBRA, RAI, and MDS requirements.
