Develops and executes marketing, events, nightlife programming, social media, partnerships, and guest referral initiatives for restaurant venues. Builds community relationships, manages event logistics and entertainment, creates digital content, tracks campaign and financial performance, and improves repeat visits, guest satisfaction, profitability, and brand visibility. Serves as duty manager when needed and supports service standards, team leadership, and operational execution during high-profile events.

Lead front-of-house operations to ensure excellent guest service and product quality. Train and coach staff, manage labor and inventory, oversee opening/closing and dining room setup, handle guest issues and comps, enforce safety, sanitation and responsible alcohol service, and perform assigned administrative tasks.
