Teams at Marex

Designs, implements, operates, and maintains Marex’s global network infrastructure. Responsibilities include network consultancy, operational support, security design, troubleshooting, vendor management, cloud networking, automation, infrastructure as code, and reporting. The role supports WAN, campus LAN, firewalls, exchange connectivity, and low-latency networks while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational resilience.

Provides second- and third-line support for enterprise applications and AWS-hosted infrastructure. Responsibilities include incident and outage management, REST API and microservices support, CI/CD releases, system analysis and implementation, documentation, change governance, and collaboration with engineering, infrastructure, service desk, and business teams. The role requires shift and on-call support, independent troubleshooting, monitoring expertise, ITIL knowledge, and financial-services experience.

Build and maintain relationships with institutional allocators, family offices, consultants, and hedge fund managers across Southeast Asia. Facilitate introductions based on investment mandates and strategies, provide allocator intelligence to managers, support sales engagement, represent Marex at industry events, and expand the Capital Introduction platform. The role requires independent ownership of regional relationships, collaboration with global teams, and compliance with MAS and company risk requirements.
