Lead full-stack development of the Equities market-making and trading platform. Design and implement front-end (React/WPF) and back-end (.NET/C#) systems, drive cloud migration and replatforming, automate CI/CD and testing, mentor and lead teams, act as Scrum Master when needed, and ensure regulatory and risk compliance.

Develop centralized automated datasets, analytical models, dashboards, and reporting solutions for business teams and senior management. Analyze complex financial data, resolve data-quality issues, improve processes, and support AI deployment. Partner with data engineers and stakeholders to define target-state data requirements, automate business processes, enhance scalability, and solve commercial challenges within a regulated financial-services environment.

Develops and maintains centralized financial datasets supporting management P&L, balance sheet substantiation, statutory reporting, and AI-enabled finance tools. Builds reconciliations to the general ledger, partners with data engineering and IT teams, leads UAT, documents datasets and tools, trains Finance users, and supports migration to IT-owned platforms. The role requires strong regulated-finance experience, advanced Excel skills, control expertise, and familiarity with financial products and data-manipulation tools.
