Develop and expand the partner network across France by recruiting distributors, hygiene companies, and OEM partners. Build channel sales plans, negotiate agreements, manage proposals, and grow revenue through existing partners via account development, cross-selling, and renewals. Lead partner training, business reviews, and joint planning while maintaining CRM pipeline and forecasts. The role requires fluent French and English, independent remote work, and travel across France and occasionally internationally.

Owns day-to-day business operations for a growing SME, including office administration, bookkeeping, banking reconciliation, payroll support, financial reporting, HR administration, staff coordination, facilities, internal IT, systems management, compliance, budgeting, and executive support to the Managing Director.
