Maintains accurate counterparty and customer master data while performing sanctions screening, AML/KYC due diligence, bank account and document verification, commodity screening, and false-positive reviews. The role researches conflicting information, manages compliance communications and tickets, follows SOPs and SLAs, and collaborates with compliance, operations, and legal teams to ensure data integrity and screening requirements are met.

The Junior IT Analyst supports internal users with system maintenance, diagnoses software and hardware issues, manages IT device inventory, and oversees equipment replacement.

Leads customer acquisition, account growth, retention, and executive relationships for Marcura’s shipping services in Japan. The role represents Japanese customer needs internally, supports product and commercial strategy, and partners with global Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams. Over time, it may expand into broader market leadership and commercial accountability. Success requires extensive maritime industry experience, Japanese and English fluency, cultural intelligence, negotiation skills, and strong customer and stakeholder management capabilities.
