Own a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Marchex solutions. Build C-suite relationships, deliver Strategic Business Reviews, analyze call and conversation data to produce ROI-driven insights, develop strategic account plans, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Support to resolve issues and identify growth opportunities.

Serve as technical product expert throughout sales and implementation lifecycle. Support demos, POCs, custom integrations (UI/API), troubleshooting, reports/analysis, and translate customer needs into product recommendations and documentation.

Design, build, test, and operate modern web applications and integrations. Develop performant, accessible UIs using Angular/TypeScript, collaborate across product and infra, support cloud-native services, CI/CD, observability, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to deliver production-ready software.
